The prices mentioned in financial receipt include all taxes, fees, and costs.
Additional fees may apply to Visa Online Platform services based on the policies of the United Arab Emirates related to individuals below the legal age or those accompanying adults or infants.
Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the Visa Online Platform implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed on the platform, without modification, limitation, or qualification. Each time a visitor accesses the Visa Online Platform, they will be required to acknowledge that they have read and accepted all the terms and conditions before applying for any service provided by the Visa Online Platform.

Also, refrain from sending any spam or unwanted email, or any form of bulk messaging.
Not to threaten the rights of others, cause annoyance, pursue, insult, or otherwise violate those rights, including individual privacy rights.
Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Visa Online Platform or any sections related to private accounts or accounts of Visa Online Platform members. Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent yourself as another person.
If the Visa Online Platform deems that you have violated any of these terms and conditions or exhibited inappropriate behavior while using its platform, the Visa Online Platform reserves the right to:
Warn you that you have violated these terms and conditions and request that you cease such behavior.
Delete any material or content you have posted without prior notice.
Take necessary actions, including restricting, suspending, or banning your access to the platform.
Cancel any services you have completed through the Visa Online Platform without recourse to you.
Report your activities to service providers such as telecommunications, and internet service companies or relevant authorities.

Requesting Services through the Platform
Usage of Credit and Debit Cards
Local credit and debit cards are generally accepted, but final approval depends on the acceptance rules of the issuing bank. You may also choose an alternative payment method if available.
If payment card verification fails, the visitor will be unable to complete the service purchase without card verification. For more information, please contact the issuing bank of the credit card. The Visa Online Platform reserves the right to reject a visa application if the rules regarding credit and debit cards mentioned above are not followed.

Application Rejection
- The application will be automatically rejected if the required documents and data are not completed within (30) days from the date of return for modification.
The application will be automatically rejected if it is returned for modification more than (3) times due to missing information or incomplete required documents.
The application will be rejected if the information or attachments provided in the service application are incorrect or unclear.
The reason for rejecting the application is usually provided if the conditions are not met, but if the rejection reason is not mentioned, the relevant authority reserves the right not to disclose the reason.
Affirmation of Information Accuracy
You acknowledge and confirm the accuracy of the attachments and entered data in the submitted application, and you are ready to bear all legal consequences and responsibilities if proven otherwise.
Refund Policy
All paid fees are considered non-refundable in cases where the application is rejected or cancelled. Additionally, fees for applications still in processing cannot be refunded.
If the visa is issued but not used within the specified timeframe, the visa fees will not be refunded.
Third-Party Links
The Visa Online Platform has the right to provide addresses or references to websites managed by third parties. The Visa Online Platform makes every effort to carefully and reasonably select the websites linked to it. However, the user is solely responsible for deciding on the accuracy of the implicit and explicit information available from third parties, as well as its legality and validity.
The platform includes links for the convenience of the visitor; however, they do not constitute any endorsement or approval on our part. The user is solely responsible for using the links associated with any external party.
Indemnity
As one of the conditions of use of the Visa Online Platform, you agree to indemnify us against any liability and all responsibilities, expenses (including attorney’s fees), and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of the Visa Online Platform, including but not limited to, any claims alleging facts that, if true, could constitute a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of the Visa Online Platform, as well as the terms and conditions specific to the Visa Online Platform, are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The user agrees to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates which are the competent and sole courts to consider any disputes arising from these terms of use.
